On November 19th, the San Francisco Planning Commission voted unanimously to support Supervisor Rafael Mandelman's proposal to legalize up to four homes on every residential lot. In addition, the Planning Department is recommending the proposed legislation to also allow for up to six homes on all corner lots.

On Monday, March 7th, the San Francisco Land Use Committee will consider Supervisor Mandelman's and two similar proposals to rezone San Francisco. It's important they hear from pro-housing constituents. You can RSVP for the hearing here.
